PLANETARY ORBITS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM (Showing how a
division by halves might encompass all the planets with the exception of Mars
and Neptune).
The radii of each wave is equal to a distance
of a planet from another planet. The distances were first plotted on graph paper
for accuracy, where each square equalled 10 million miles. Musically, a
huge string could be imagined to be plucked between Mercury and Pluto. The
first vibration would be the whole, running in a circle from the innermost to
the outermost planets, and would indicate the beginning tone C.
The second vibration would be an octave above at C. |
