Whenever there is a multiple of 3 for example ... a line is drawn through 3, 12 and 21 forming a vertical line...

Perhaps the pattern of notes on either side of the diagonal have a relationship to the pattern of galaxies... The movement of the notes could be inward to the zero point or outward...
